Medical records and Health informatics At least five credits in any of the subjects obtained at the same sitting. Diploma courses. Medical Laboratory Techniques. Direct entry: A principal pass in either Biology or Chemistry and a subsidiary pass in either of the two. Ind irect entry: Certificate in any health related discipline obtained from a recognised institution. Medical records and Health informatics Direct entry: A principal pass in pass in any of the related subjects obtained at the same sitting.
